E-Lit. Client Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore Scores Victory for Atlanta Family Firm

Timothy Rigsbee and Tiana Mykkelvedt

E-Lit. client and perennial Georgia litigation powerhouse Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore scored a big win in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia when a jury awarded the defendants $1.1 million dollars in counterclaims.

Despite a claim of over $4 million dollars in damages by the plaintiffs, the jury found in favor of Atlanta-based Horei Image Products, Inc. and ITM Inc., two family-run businesses who purchase and resell copier and printer cartridges and toner.

E-Lit. worked closely with attorneys Timothy Rigsbee and Tiana Mykkelvedt to make sure the defendants were clearly able to demonstrate their diligence throughout the business relationship to the jury.

"I count on E-Lit for presenting documents and video in court," said Rigsbee, who often uses E-Lit. for trial presentation services, graphics and deposition videography. "They are a part of the trial team in every way and the effective presentation of our evidence leads to favorable outcomes." Read more »
